Direct Representation at the ALJ Hearing Level

Facing a Social Security disability hearing? Advocates of Hope provides experienced representation for individuals appealing disability denials before Administrative Law Judges.

With more than 25 years of hearing-level advocacy experience, our founder brings extensive knowledge of medical evidence, vocational issues, and hearing preparation to every case. Our focused approach helps claimants navigate the hearing process with professional representation, careful preparation, and personalized attention.

Experienced Hearing Representation at a Lower Fee

At Advocates of Hope, we concentrate our direct claimant representation services on the Social Security disability hearing level. By focusing on this critical stage of the appeals process, rather than managing claims from the initial application forward, we're able to offer experienced representation at a reduced fee.

Our focused approach allows us to dedicate our attention to reviewing medical evidence, developing hearing strategies, preparing claimants for their hearings, and providing professional representation before Administrative Law Judges. We believe experienced hearing representation should be both professional and accessible.

We focus exclusively on Social Security disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). We do not currently accept cases at the initial application, DDS determination, or reconsideration stages.

How does contracted hearing representation work?

Disability firms and advocacy organizations contract with us to provide hearing-level representation for their clients. We handle case preparation, claimant conferences, hearing appearances, and post-hearing reporting on a flat-fee basis. Availability must be confirmed by our team.

Our file reviews include a thorough analysis of the claimant's medical evidence and/or electronic record of proceedings, with a written summary of findings. We identify strengths, gaps, and key issues relevant to the upcoming hearing.

Is Hope Carter an attorney?

No. Hope Carter is an Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA) authorized to represent claimants before the Social Security Administration and to receive direct payment of fees from SSA upon approval of a favorable decision.
